In southern Russia, there is the unique all-season resort Rosa Khutor, located on the territory of the city of Sochi. It has its own beach on the Black Sea coast and different ski runs. This is the southern slope. The overall length of its pistes is 20,200 metres. The descent from the Roza Peak summit (2,300 m) goes through a rather difficult ("red") piste Barvinok-Primavera leading to Edelweiss chairlift. The vertical drop is 828 meters!
